All original tags, labels, and packaging must still be attached.

Items may be tried on, but not worn.
Please note that placing orders for multiple sizes with the intention of returning some items is not permitted.
If a returned item does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue only a partial refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

After reviewing your request, we will provide the return address of our fulfillment partner.

The item must be shipped back at the customer's expense, including any applicable shipping, customs, or handling fees.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking (Track & Trace) to ensure safe delivery.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If the return is approved:

The refund will be issued within 21 days

The amount will be refunded to the original payment method
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Liability
Please review the following important information:

We are not responsible for lost or missing packages if the tracking information shows that the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details when placing an order.

If an incorrect address was entered, it must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
After this period, changes may no longer be possible.
